It is suggested to consider the utility theory as the basis of mathematical formalization of demand and supply functions. У статті розглянуто моделювання рівноваги страхових ринків у Німеччині, Франції та Україні, визначено їх позицію на основі відхилень від точки рівноваги та оптимізацію головних параметрів функціонування страхових компаній.
