З позиції співпраці між банківськими та страховими фінансовими посередниками узагальнено переваги і недоліки форм bancassurance. In the article the approaches to interpretation of essence and forms of bancassurance are systematized. By an author the directions of integration and convergence between bank and insurance business on the stages of an agent and partner relations are certain. Practice of becoming and development of bancassurance in the European countries and in Ukraine is explored.
