Автор аналізує тенденції та можливі шляхи вирішення цих проблем, розглядає вплив та значення УГКЦ в духовному житті українців This article is about the most important problems of Ukrainian Greek-Catholic church in the new millennium. The author anylizes the tendencies and possible ways of solving these problems and studies influence of Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church in the spiritual life of the Ukrainians. In particular, this resolution of the patriarchal structure of the UGCC, which may be realized by self-proclamation as it did six Eastern Catholic Churches, based on the principles of tolerance and compromise between them. The attention to the fact that, despite the differences that exist between the branches of Ukrainian Christianity must deepen interdenominational cooperation. Finally, it is about overcoming the schism in the Greek Catholic Church, which is possible not only through the guidance of the Church, but also by the active work of the laity.
