В статье раскрыты сущность, проведен анализ и даны рекомендации по эффективному использованию двух из основных форм учебной работы: консультации и контроля учебного процесса в учебных заведениях последипломного образования. In the article essence, the analysis and recommendations on effective use of the two basic forms of training: advice and control of the educational process in postgraduate education. Special attention is paid to the methods of these forms of work. Described in detail the functions of monitoring students’ knowledge. Author examined learning contain characteristic figure of the teacher as a basic level of independent work of students (trainees). The author believes that this work should be the basis of the educational process. It is also eemphasized on the increasing the role of the teacher as an organizer and on direct links of positive change in higher education. Some aspect of the organization and implementation of the additional methodological and organizational measures are highlighted.
