Автор аналізує політичні, правові та економічні зміни, що відбуваються у федеративних державах під впливом глобалізації. Увагу зосереджено на проблемі розподілу функцій та повноважень між суб’єктами федерацій та федеральними центрами. Зроблено висновок, що саме співвідношення повноважень між центром та суб’єктами зазнає помітних змін під впливом глобалізаційних процесів. The influence of globalization on the federal states is considered in this article. The author analyses political, legal and economic changes that take place in the federal states under the act of globalization. The point of the article is distribution of functions and plenary powers between the subjects of federation and federal centres.
