Для впровадження автоматизованого контролю запропоновано реінжиніринг одного з ключових бізнес-процесів – процесу здійснення платежів за надані масові послуги. З цією метою необхідно впровадити нову технологію розрахунків із використанням карткових рахунків споживачів або технологію розрахунків підприємствами за рахунок доходів, які вони сплачують споживачам. Запропоновано автоматизоване формування графіку для внутрішнього контролю за платежами. This article is devoted to the automation of internal control in enterprises that provide mass services. For the introduction of automated control proposed reengineering of one of the key business processes - the process of making payments for mass services.
