A cikk a monetáris politika szabályainak Ukrajnában történő bevezetésével kapcsolatos tudományos megközelítéseket tanulmányozza. Meghatároztuk a monetáris politika kidolgozásának szakaszait. A tanulmány alátámasztja a monetáris politika alapjait Ukrajna számára, továbbá elemzést ad a monetáris szabályok egyensúlyi paramétereinek meghatározására szolgáló módszertani megközelítésekről. The article explores the scientific approaches to the development and implementation of the monetary policy rule in Ukraine. Stages of the development of monetary rule are defined. Also we investigated basic forms of monetary rule for Ukraine. We propose to use Benett McCallum’s rule as a base form for the monetary policy rule in Ukraine economy. We defined the parameters that may be included in the policy rule. Also was investigated the methods of calculation of the equilibrium values of the indicators based on Hodrick-Prescott filter. In particular, was examined the procedure for the application of a modified Hodrick-Prescott filter, which involves the use of matrix analysis. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
