Автор формули-рует широкий подход к понятию правовой культуры, на основании которого выводится зависимость сберега-тельного поведения от правовой культуры. Обосновывается вывод о том, что доверие к кредитно-финансовой системе может сформироваться лишь при позитивных ожиданиях, возникающих в условиях относительно высокой правовой культуры. Негативные ожидания, существующие при низкой правовой культуре, увеличивают лишь неорганизованные сбережения, что отрицательно сказывается на кредитно-финансовой системе и экономике в целом. The article deals with the idea of influence of the legal culture to the saving behavior of the population. The author gives a wide approach to the conception of legal culture, on the basis of which she concludes the dependence of saving behavior on the legal culture. The inference made here says that the confidence in the credit-financial system, needed for transformation of non-organized savings into organized ones, may appear only in the conditions of positive expectations which can occur as a result of high legal culture. Negative expectations that exit in low legal culture just increase non-organized savings, which has an unfavorable influence both on the credit –financial system and economics as a whole. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
