Legal status of the Sea of Azov and Kerch Channel is investigated in the article. Drawn conclusion about disparity of grant to status to the Sea of Azov and Kerch Channel of status historically internal sea to the norms of modern international marine law. The necessity of denunciation by Ukraine of the Treaty between Ukraine and the Russian Federation on partnerly use of the Sea of Azov and the Kerch Strait (2003) is also proved. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
