Для розв’язання задачі використовується метод Монте-Карло. Розроблено алгоритм і складена програма у середовищі Borland Delphi. Виконано чисельні експерименти. У програмі передбачено збір статистики для визначення показників роботи системи. The statistical modeling of process of service of customers of bank is in-process examined with the use of theory of the systems of mass обслуговання. For the decision of task the method of Monte Carlo is used. It is developed algorithm and made program in the environment of Borland Delphi. Numeral experiments are executed. In the program collection of statistics is foreseen for determination of indexes of work of the system.
