Автори пов’язують цей процес зі зловживаннями у зовнішній торгівлі та висувають гіпотезу про те, що виведений капітал обслуговує нелегальні торговельні операції. Зроблено приблизну оцінку обсягів нелегальних потоків капіталу в Україні. Проаналізовано ряд макроекономічних проблем, які виникають унаслідок “втечі” капіталу та фіктивної торгівлі. The article studies the problem of "flight" of capital from Ukraine. The authors associate this process with abuses in foreign trade and hypothesize that the withdrawn capital serves illegal trade operations. A rough estimate of the volume of illegal capital flows in Ukraine has been made.
