С Кузнеця Опис The article studies the main problematic aspects in the current functioning process of the social insurance system of Ukraine. The article shows that the main problem of the proper pension reform implementation is the absence of necessary condition. Until these conditions are created, the most promising way for the pension reform is the further development of it (the introduction of professional pension schemes and corporate pension plans). Also, the social responsibility of the business structures is pointed out by authors. Special attention is paid to the problems of implementation of business entities’ social responsibility and the completion of the pension reform.
