Кузнеця Description The role of the state in market economy has been studied regarding evolutionary game theory which enables to differenciate stable and unstable equilibrium patterns between market and government economic institutions. The idea of two different unstable equilibrium situations has been put forward. Stable equilibrium (homeostasis) possibility in economic system has been studied.
