The main criterion marker of severity of acute pancreatitis and the development of postnecrotic complications is the level of endogenous intoxication. There are a great deal of described means of specific criteria for evaluation of endogenous intoxication. But do not lose their relevance in determining such simple indicators such as C-reactive protein and leukocyte index of intoxication (LII).
