С. Кузнеця Опис The article deals with the problems of providing the harmony of collective beha-viour in labour intellectualization conditions. The internal motives of three types of workers labour behaviour – contractor, intrapreneur, intellectual capitalist – were distinguished and characterized. The evaluation of motives of labour behaviour distribution among the staff was made. The diagnostic technique to evaluate the balance of development and saving function, new elements development, relationship properties was suggested. The technique to measure harmonic behaviour through verification of the correspondence to golden proportions rule of the internal sources distribution of labour behaviour motivation was offered.
