В статті розглядаються базові засади реалізації фінансового планування у банку та формування системи показників для оцінки його ефективності; проводиться згортка релевантних показників до інтегральної оцінки фінансового стану на основі багатокритеріальної оптимізації, визначення потенціалу банку на основі середньозважених темпів приростів показників характеристики поточного фінансової стану; розробка стратегій планування діяльності банку в розрізі основних напрямків розвитку шляхом застосування матричного підходу; оцінка ефективності фінансового планування банку на базі проведення регресійного аналізу.
