This monograph described the theoretical concepts and practical approaches to the formation, evaluation and regulation system of financial risk in Ukraine. Micro- and macro -prudential preconditions of formation of of systemic financial risk are investigated. Features of the formation, evaluation and regulation of systemic financial risk for its development stages (storage, transmission and realization) are revealed. The problem of systemically important banks and their influence on the the onset of economic crises are studied. The directions and regulatory instruments of systemic financial risk are identified on the positions of ensuring of the banking system stability.
