The lesions started 6 years ago on the sites of previously diagnosed actinic keratosis (head, neck, ears). The patient had two cases of BCCs in his medical history.Не also suffered from rheumatoid arthritis and during 5 years was taking 15 mg/week methotrexate without any follow up or blood test.
