Theoretical calculations are done: interaction of the main components of the polymeric material with a single-layer carbon nanotubes. The presence of good connection of polymer matrix with reinforcing nanotubes is proved. The influence of carbon nanotubes on the conductivity of the considered composite polymer materials is studied.
