Обґрунтовується доречність застосування міжнародного досвіду в процесі розробки професійних стандартів для викладачів іноземної мови і модернізації навчального процесу у вищих навчальних закладах України. В статье рассматривается проблема разработки квалификационных требований к преподавателям иностранного языка. Подробно анализируется последняя за появлением Кембриджская шкала CETF (Cambridge English Teaching Framework), как наиболее полная и подробная. Обосновывается уместность применения международного опыта в процессе разработки профессиональных стандартов для преподавателей иностранного языка и модернизации учебного процесса в высших учебных заведениях Украины. The article looks into the problem of developing standards for mapping and assessing language teacher competencies. Cambridge English Teaching Framework developed by Cambridge English Language Assessment in 2014 is analyzed in greater detail as the one that takes into account earlier initiatives on developing frameworks of standards for language teachers. This framework has five main categories, with each of these categories broken down further, making a total of 36 framework components. The framework is also organized according to four stages of teacher competency: Foundation; Developing; Proficient; Expert. It is aimed at helping teachers to identify where they are in their professional career as well as helping teachers and their employers to think about where to go next and identify development activities to get there. The reasons are given to employing international experience in the process of developing professional standards for language teachers in Ukraine. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
