Колектив авторів виходив з необхідності визначення системи припущень про різні види емпіричних залежностей, та можливості їх пояснень шляхом аналізу психічних новоутворень суб’єкта діяльності, які відображують феномен самореалізації. Емпірично досліджено підсистеми психологічних конструктів, з допомогою яких можуть бути проаналізовані особливості ціннісно-смислових, мотиваційно-потребових, інструментальних, емоційно-вольових і рефлексивно-оцінних характеристик діяльнісної самореалізації особистості в освітньому просторі. Встановлено, на основі експериментальної перевірки каузальних гіпотез, наявність і характер причинно-наслідкових зв’язків між характеристиками самореалізації особистості. Монографію адресовано психологам-науковцям, психологам-практикам, педагогам, соціальним працівникам, студентам вищих навчальних закладів, усім представникам професій типу «людина-людина», а також усім, хто цікавиться проблемою професійного учіння особистості. The monograph is devoted to the generalization of an empirical study of a number of specific psychological manifestations, reflecting a holistic systemic vision of the phenomenon of self-realization of personality in the educational space. The authors' group proceeded from the necessity of determining the system of assumptions about different types of empirical dependencies, and the possibility of their explanations by analyzing the psychic neoplasms of the subject of activity, which reflect the phenomenon of self-realization. The subsystems of psychological constructs are analyzed empirically, with the help of which features of value-semantic, motivational-requisite, instrumental, emotional-volitional and reflexivity-estimating characteristics of activity self-realization of the personality in the educational space can be analyzed. It is established, on the basis of experimental verification of causal hypotheses, the presence and nature of cause-effect relationships between the characteristics of self-realization of the individual.
