С. Костюка НАПН України Description Об’єкт дослідження — стосунки «психотерапевт-клієнт» у кризових соціокультурних умовах. Предмет дослідження — особливості стосунків «психотерапевт-клієнт» у кризових психотравмівних обставинах та закономірності формування їх ефективних моделей для психотерапевтичної допомоги постраждалим. Мета дослідження — визначити специфіку стосунків «психотерапевт-клієнт» у кризових психотравмівних обставинах; з’ясувати характеристики та умови формування допомагаючих, сприятливих для подолання наслідків психотравми, терапевтичних стосунків у роботі з різними категоріями постраждалих. Методи дослідження: на етапі теоретичного опрацювання — аналіз, порівняння, систематизація, узагальнення теоретичних і експериментальних даних; на етапі емпіричних досліджень — спостереження, анкетування, інтерв’ю, тестування; методи експериментальної психосемантики; аналіз практики кризового консультування і психотерапії; аналіз продуктів діяльності. З’ясовано специфіку прояву основних феноменів психотерапевтичної взаємодії у ситуаціях надання допомоги особам, що пережили важкі стресові події, зокрема описано травматичне перенесення/контрперенесення, терапевтичний альянс і контракт та особливості їх впливу на розвиток психотерапевтичних стосунків у кризових обставинах. Визначено особливості формування допомагаючих, сприятливих для вирішення завдань подолання наслідків психотравми, терапевтичних стосунків у роботі з різними категоріями постраждалих (вимушено переселені особи — дорослі і діти, поранені бійці, військовослужбовці, що знаходяться на реабілітації, та члени їхніх родин). Виявлено особливості негативних емоційних станів волонтерів-психологів/психотерапевтів, що мають місце у роботі з постраждалими, та чинники, що впливають на їх виникнення та загострення. Здійснено класифікацію видів і форм мас-медійного спілкування в системі «психолог-населення»; визначено найбільш прийнятні з них для різних категорій постраждалих, а також чинники, що впливають на їх ефективність. The object of research - the relationship "psychotherapist-client" in the crisis socio-cultural conditions. The subject of the research is the peculiarities of the relationship between the "psychotherapist-client" in crisis psycho-traumatic circumstances and the patterns of the formation of their effective models for psychotherapeutic assistance to the victims. The purpose of the research is to determine the specificity of the relationship between the "psychotherapist-client" in crisis psycho-traumatic circumstances; to find out the characteristics and conditions for the formation of helping relationships, which are favorable for overcoming the consequences of psychotrauma, features of establishment of therapeutic relations in work with different categories of victims. Methods of research: at the stage of theoretical revision - analysis, comparison, systematization, generalization of theoretical and experimental data; at the stage of empirical research - observation, questionnaires, interviews, testing; methods of experimental psycho-semantics; analysis of the practice of crisis counseling and psychotherapy; analysis of the product of work. It is ascertained how the main phenomena of psychotherapeutic interaction show themselves during psychotherapeutic help to those who survived severe stress events. In particular, describes the traumatic transfer / countertransference, the therapeutic alliance and contract and the peculiarities of their influence on the development of psychotherapeutic relationships in crisis situations. The peculiarities of the formation the helping relationships, which are favorable for overcoming the consequences of psychotrauma, the development of therapeutic relationships in dealing with different categories of victims (internally displaced persons - adults and children, wounded soldiers, soldiers who are in rehab, families of soldiers). The features of negative emotional states of volunteers-psychologists / psychotherapists, which have a place in work with victims, and factors influencing their occurrence and exacerbation are revealed. Classification of types and forms of mass-media communication in the system of "psychologist-population" is carried out; the most acceptable of them for the various categories of the sufferers is determined, as well as the factors influencing their effectiveness. popup.nrat_date 2024-01-15 Close
