The institutionalization of civil dialogue and cooperation with authorities in countries where this process is actively and successfully implemented is not only naturalized but also formally legal. In practical terms, public institutions that provide interaction between civil society and the state acquire new forms of innovation that expand the participation of the public sector in the process of comanagement at various spatial levels, among which can be identified such as^ social consultative bodies, telecommunications, e-government, crowdsourcing, and others.
