We investigated the properties of the modern economic system transformation process. We also have justified the ineffectiveness of the existing management approaches and the necessity of adjusting for favour of the mechanism of adaptive management. The comparison of the peculiarities of economic system development and impact on the development of transformations approaches to the establishment of a mechanism of adaptive management of transformation of the economic system.
