The thesis is devoted to development of acid-detergent disinfectant to sanitize milking equipment and dairy equipment. For the first time in Ukraine, a new home, acid detergent-sanitizer «TDS» to sanitize milking equipment and dairy equipment. Held its laboratory, toxicology and industrial research. Developed and approved normative documentation (TU) in the «Tool acid detergent-sanitizer «TDS». The use of acid means «TDS» in combination with alkaline detergent-disinfectants complying with technological modes allows farms to obtain raw milk of high quality in accordance with GOST 3662-97 and EU requirements. Experimentally (proposed formulated) criteria for assessing the ability of acidic detergents to break down milk stone, that efficiency means working solutions in a production environment. Developed a laboratory method of determining the effectiveness of acid detergent that allows you to quickly determine the suitability of vehicles acid before use in farms. Studied sanitary conditions obtaining whole cow's milk in farms, depending on their technological equipment, and determined the most significant indicators that most lower grade raw milk.
