Зокрема, проблеми наукового визначення понять «криміналістична характеристика», «показання», «завідомо неправдиві показання» та особливо специфічних рис формування завідомо неправдивих показань. Наголошено на зясуванні поняття криміналістичної характеристики злочинів завідомо неправдивих показань, відокремлені їх складові елементи. Викладено докладний опис прийомів та методів, спрямованих на викриття неправдивих показань. На основі аналізу наукових джерел розглянуто основні підходи щодо розуміння вищезазначених понять. Окрему увагу приділено питанням щодо причин дачі неправдивих показань, методики їх викриття. Наведено характеристику так званих «жестів нещирості». Розглянуто важливий аспект, як відповідальність за дачу завідомо неправдивих показань. Запропоновано власне бачення щодо поняття «криміналістичної характеристики неправдивих показань». Наголошено на необхідності подальшого дослідження та аналізу даної проблематики, в тому числі внесення змін до законодавства, зокрема до Кримінального та Кримінального процесуального кодексів України. This article is devoted to research of features of the evidence, namely the testimony of the subjects of criminal proceedings. In particular, problems of scientific definition of «criminological characteristics», «indications», «false testimony» and especially the specific features of the formation of false testimony. The emphasis on the clarification of the concept of criminalistic characteristics of crimes, false testimony, their isolated constituent elements. A detailed description of techniques and methods aimed at exposing false testimony. Based on the analysis of scientific sources describes the main approaches to understanding the aforementioned concepts. Special attention is given to questions about the causes of false testimony, methods of their exposure. The characteristics of the socalled «gesture of insincerity». The important aspect of liability for perjury. Proposed own vision of the term «criminalistic characteristics of false testimony».
