У публікації вказується, що висунення та перевірка криміналістичних версій – це розумова діяльність слідчого або іншої уповноваженої законом особи з метою побудови певного судження відносно події злочину. Наведено у статті інформаційну основу, яка охоплює фактичну та теоретичну базу інформації відносно вчиненого злочину. Вказано підстави для висунення криміналістичних версій, а також наведено правила, якими мають користуватися суб’єкти пізнавальної діяльності під час висунення версій. Також наведено та охарактеризовано прийоми логічного мислення, які застосовуються під час побудови (висунення) версій, а саме: аналізу та синтезу, індукції, дедукції та аналогії. За допомогою цих прийомів, більш інформативно будуються версії. Після висунення версій проводяться певні дії, які спрямовані на збирання та перевірку доказів. Відносно перевірки криміналістичних версій у статті вказується, що цей процес проводиться з метою встановлення істини у справі. Процес перевірки включає в себе паралельну перевірку усіх висунутих версій, для того щоб з усіх наявних та ймовірних версій виділити лише одну, яка має пряме відношення до справи. Під час побудови та перевірки версій використовуються знання про криміналістичну структуру злочину, це дозволяє систематизувати фактичну основу версії, простежити зв’язок між елементами злочину. У висновках закріплено положення, що слідчі версії мають велике практичне значення і є обов'язковим елементом в розкритті та розслідуванні злочинів. The article is devoted to the analysis of criminological provisions concerning promotion and verification of versions. The publication states that the nomination and verification of forensic versions is the intellectual activity of an investigator or other person authorized by law in order to construct a certain judgment regarding the crime. The article contains an informational basis, which covers the actual and theoretical basis of information regarding the crime committed. The reasons for nominating forensic versions are specified, as well as the rules that should be used by the subjects of cognitive activity during promotion of versions. Also described and described methods of logical thinking, which are used during the construction (nomination) of versions, namely: analysis and synthesis, induction, deduction and analogy. With these techniques, more informative versions are built. After nominations, certain actions are being taken to gather and verify evidence. Concerning the verification of forensic versions, the article states that this process is carried out in order to establish the truth in the case. The verification process includes a parallel check of all proposed versions, so that from all available and probable versions, select only one that is directly related to the case. When designing and verifying the versions, knowledge about the forensic structure of the crime is used, this allows you to systematize the actual version of the version, to trace the link between the elements of the crime.
