Наша держава орієнтована на європейські стандарти, в тому числі і на стандарти європейського судочинства. На прикладі зарубіжного досвіду Україна стрімко крокує вперед, один із доказів тому – запровадження проекту «Електронний суд». В усіх сферах суспільного життя розвиваються сучасні інформаційні та комунікаційні технології, отже проект електронного судочинства був логічним та очікуваним. Не дивлячись на очевидні переваги і перспективи цього проекту, до цього часу порядок його втілення недостатньо врегульований, а основні положення запозичені зарубіжного досвіду. The article deals with the introduction of information technologies in the process of legal proceedings, an analysis of the implementation of the "Electronic Court" project, as well as the problems that arise when using it. Our state is oriented on European standards, including standards of European legal proceedings. As an example of foreign experience, Ukraine is rapidly moving forward, one of the proofs is the introduction of the "Electronic Court" project. In all spheres of public life, modern information and communication technologies are developing, therefore, the e-justice project was logical and anticipated. Despite the obvious advantages and prospects of this project, until now, the order of its implementation is not sufficiently regulated, and the main provisions borrowed from foreign experience. popup.nrat_date 2025-03-24 Close
