Це дозволило виділити три кластери та сформувати для кожного із них основні положення державної стратегії інвестиційного забезпечення розвитку системи освіти впродовж усього життя з виділенням трьох напрямків: стратегію ініціалізації, стратегію інституціоналізації та стратегію випереджаючих інновацій. The cluster analysis of the regions of Ukraine was carried out on the basis of pre-calculated indexes of lifelong learning system regional development, the volume of its budget and extrabudgetary financial support, and the level of effectiveness of the participatory financial support for the development of the lifelong learning system. 434 This allowed to allocate three clusters and form for each of them the main provisions of the state investment strategy for the development of the education system throughout life in three areas: the strategy of initialization, the strategy of institutionalization and the strategy of leading innovations. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
