Останнім часом ці захворювання, що мають, в основному сприятливий перебіг, почали обтяжуватись обструктивним синдромом (ОС). Частота випадків обтяження ГРЗ ОС зростає з кожним роком, але їх патогенез та ефективність лікування залишається недостатньою. Проведені нами раніше дослідження показали, що у дітей з ГРЗ , порівняно з ГРЗ, в зіві в цілому вірогідно підвищується частота виділення мікроорганізмів у вигляді мікробних асоціацій Studies have shown that the microflora of the respiratory tract, isolated from the nasopharynx of children with acute respiratory infections (ARI) and ARI, complicated obstructive syndrome (ARI OS) was represented as such by microorganisms of importance as causative factor in infectious diseases (MІСFID) and those that are considered opportunistic pathogens (OP).
