Визначено необхідність пошуку нових підходів до реалізації бюджетної політики та виявлення напрямів удосконалення бюджетної стратегії як елемента управління соціально-економічним розвитком країни. Автором зазначено, що стабільний розвиток економіки України за рахунок дії інструментів бюджетної політики є однією з умов досягнення рівня розвитку європейських країни. Встановлено, що реалізація бюджетної політики здійснюється за допомогою синергетичного ефекту заходів стратегічного та тактичного характеру та сукупності елементів бюджетного механізму. В роботі автором побудовано механізм реалізації бюджетної політики в контексті соціально-економічного розвитку країни. Проаналізовано «Проект бюджетної резолюції «Основні напрями бюджетної політики на 2018 – 2020 роки». The article explores the essence and significance of the budget strategy as a factor for ensuring Ukraine's economic growth in conditions of European integration. The necessity of finding new approaches to the implementation of budget policy and identifying areas for improvement of the budget strategy as an element of management of socio-economic development of the country is determined. The author notes that the stable development of the Ukrainian economy at the expense of the tools of budgetary policy is one of the conditions for achieving the level of development of European countries. It was established that implementation of budget policy is carried out with the help of synergistic effect of measures of strategic and tactical nature and aggregate elements of the budget mechanism. In the author's work the mechanism of budget policy implementation in the context of socio-economic development of the country was built.
