З’ясовано, що з появою та розвитком Київської Русі митні відносини набрали характеру системності. Проаналізовано та структуровано всю сукупність видів мита, які використовувались при здійсненні зовнішньоторговельних операцій. Доведено, що митні відносини в Київській Русі формувались на основі не тільки внутрішніх правових документів, але й під впливом західноєвропейського законодавства. The paper covers issues related to the origin of customs system in the terrain of Ukraine as a consequence of statehood formation. It is found out that customs relations had become systematic with the rise and growth of Kievan Rus. The whole constellation of customs duties, applicable in foreign trade operations that time, is analyzed and structured.
