Виокремлено п`ять видів місцевих гарантій, із яких чотири види формують внутрішній гарантований борг Автономної Республіки Крим і територіальних громад міст. Один вид місцевих гарантій, що надаються міжнародним фінансовим організаціям як забезпечення виконання зобов`язань комунальних підприємств за одержаними кредитами, формує зовнішній гарантований місцевий борг. In the article, the issues of types of local guarantees, which are enshrined in the law and are implemented on the practice, are analyzed. There are five types of local guarantees, of which four types from the internal guarantees debt of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and territorial communities of cities. One from of local guarantees provided to international financial organizations as a guarantee of obligations of utility companies for loans received forms an external guaranteed local debt. popup.nrat_date 2024-04-05 Close
