Дана проблема досліджувалась як вітчизняними так і науковцями інших країн. Актуальним дане питання залишається і сьогодні. Здійснюючи регламентацію даного виду діяльності, необхідно враховувати специфіку роботи експерта, судово-експертної установи та закріпити їх права і обов’язки щодо виявлення обставин, що сприяють або могли сприяти вчиненню кримінального правопорушення. Також слід звернути увагу і на необхідність розроблення експертами та судово-експертними установами рекомендацій стосовно недопущення (перешкоджання) вчиненню кримінальних правопорушень. The issue of prevention of criminal offenses has always been and is given a lot of attention. This problem has been studied by both domestic and foreign scientists. This issue remains relevant today. When regulating this type of activity, it is necessary to take into account the specifics of the work of the expert, forensic institution and establish their rights and responsibilities to identify circumstances that contribute to or could contribute to the commission of a criminal offense.
