З проголошення незалежності Україна прагне побудувати правову країну та створити нове суспільство, в якому загальнолюдські цінності матимуть найвищий пріоритет. Основними етапи для досягнення цієї мети стали прийняття Конституції України, вступ України до Ради Європи, членство у Міжнародному союзі нотаріату та ряд реформ, які сприяли визнанню нашої держави іншими країнами світу. Але наша держава й нині продовжує пошуки свого шляху забезпечення неухильного дотримання прав людини і верховенства права. The article is devoted to the definition of the concept and features of private notaries in Ukraine. Since independence, Ukraine has sought to build a legal state and create a new society in which universal values will be of highest priority. The main steps to achieve this goal were the adoption of the Constitution of Ukraine, the accession of Ukraine to the Council of Europe, membership in the International Union of Notaries, and a number of reforms that have contributed to the recognition of our state by other countries of the world.
