Аргументовано доцільність закріплення на законодавчому рівні спеціального режиму господарювання на території ОРДЛО у процесі реінтеграції. В залежності від сценарію деокупації та відновлення державного суверенітету в ОРДЛО уточнено зміст спеціального режиму господарювання. Визначено спільні складові для всіх запропонованих режимів:обов’язкове проведення аудиту активів, що знаходилися у державній власності до окупації регіону; надання пільг суб’єктам, що залучатимуться до відновлення регіону; проведення розмінування; вирішення питань щодо реєстрації та перереєстрації суб’єктів господарювання та прав власності; залучення інвестицій та донорської допомоги у відновлення регіону. The article summarizes the structure of the regional economy in the CDDLR, the dependence between the CDDLR and Ukraine, and the legal regime of conducting economic activity in the CDDLR for the period of reintegration is specified. The expediency of securing at the legislative level of the special regime of economic activity on the territory of the CDDLR in the process of reintegration is argued. Depending on the scenario of deoccupation and restoration of state sovereignty, the CDDLR specifies the content of the special regime of management. The common components for all proposed regimes are defined: mandatory audit of assets held by state ownership before the occupation of the region; provision of privileges to actors involved in the restoration of the region; mine clearance; resolving issues concerning registration and re-registration of economic entities and property rights; attraction of investments and donor assistance in the restoration of the region. popup.nrat_date 2025-03-24 Close
