Законодавство у сфері надання фінансових послуг встановлює обмеження по розголошенню різного виду інформації. Бан-ківське законодавство забороняє розголошувати відомості, що банківську таємницю, а також встановлює її зміст та порядок доступу до такої інформації. Законодавство про страхування визначає правові засади захисту та-ємниці страхування. The article is devoted to the analysis of the provisions of Ukrainian legisla-tion in the field of providing financial services for the definition of the legal basis for the use of the information with limited access. The legislation on the provision of financial services sets limits on the disclosure of different types of information. The banking legislation prohibits disclosure of information constituting bank secre-cy, as well as establishes its content and the procedure for access to such infor-mation.
