Детально розглянуті сучасні проблеми існування і розвитку промислових підприємств України. Для більш повного розуміння антикризового управління проведений аналіз теоретичних засад та історії розвитку систем антикризового управління в практиці закордонних держав та України. Розглянуті основні методи та заходи, що застосовуються у рамках антикризової діяльності. Визначені заходи були змодельовані та впроваджені на конкретному підприємстві з оцінкою економічного ефекту. The article outlines the main problems regarding the implementation of the anti-crisis management system at industrial enterprises. The modern problems of the existence and development of industrial enterprises of Ukraine are considered in more detail. For a more complete understanding of the anti- crisis management, an analysis of the theoretical foundations and history of the development of the implementation of the anti-crisis management system on the example of foreign countries and Ukraine was conducted. The way of development of anti-crisis activity of foreign countries and Ukraine is comparatively and general features are defined. The article reviewed the main methods and measures used in the framework of anti-crisis activities.
