Проведений аналіз методів моделювання та обраний метод імітаційного моделювання. Основною метою цього дослідження є розробка моделі опрацювання звернень та оптимізаційного експерименту для дотримання термінів опрацювання встановлених законом України. The paper examines the process of handling the appeals of citizens by the operational department of the regional pension fund. The analysis of modeling methods and the method of imitation modeling are chosen.
