Дослідження мало на меті з’ясувати, які соціально-економічні фактори впливають на мотивацію населення до кооперації. Для її реалізації було опитано 120 респондентів в селищах трьох районів Сумської області та здійснено аналіз отриманих анкет із застосуванням статистичних методів обробки даних для виявлення факторів, що впливають на прихильність жителів до кооперації. До групи обраних для оцінки чинників входили наступні: соціально направлена діяльність кооперативів, створення додаткових робочих місць, рівень освіченості та поінформованості населення, можливість отримати додатковий прибуток. Статистично значущими для визначення ступеню прихильності до кооперації виявилися рівень освіти, розуміння важливості кооперації для розвитку селища. З’ясовано причини низької ефективності діяльності кооперативів. The essence and structure of financial security of the region and its place in the general system of financial security of the state are considered. The role of local self-government authorities in providing financial security and sustainable development of regions is outlined. The necessity of development and application of innovative approaches for the financial security of the territories is revealed through activation of business initiatives, in particular through cooperation. Among the reasons that impede the effective development of this area, it can be distinguished: a small number of existing state support programs; a large number of obstacles to obtaining real funds from existing programs; low level of public trust and unwillingness to cooperate others. In this article, the last group of factors of negative influence deserves special attention, so far as the level of public trust and the desire to join the cooperative are formed under the influence of public opinion, which can be influenced with a properly built system of information dissemination. The research was intended to find out the socio-economic factors that affected the motivation of the population to cooperate. 120 respondents were interviewed in the villages of three districts of the Sumy region. A correlation analysis was used to identify the factors that influence the commitment of residents to co-operation. The following factors were chosen: social activities of cooperatives, creation of additional workplaces, level of education and awareness of the population, the possibility of obtaining additional income. The level of education and understanding of the importance of cooperation for the development of the settlement were statistically significant for determining the degree of commitment to co-operation. The reasons of low efficiency of cooperatives activity are found out. But the existing dependencies do not have a crucial influence. In order to stimulate the development of cooperation, it is necessary to solve the problem in a comprehensive way, including the development of accessible state support programs and the improvement of the procedural aspects of existing ones. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
