Автори аналізують динаміку зміни кількості навчальних закладів даного освітнього рівня та кількості студентів (слухачів) в них та роблять висновок про вже існуючу тенденцію до скорочення даних показників. В роботі обґрунтовується визнання необхідності модернізації професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти на світовому та національному рівні, зокрема відзначається важливість приєднання України до Туринського процесу. Автори досліджують головні міжнародні проекти (передусім у співпраці з Європейським фондом освіти), що здійснювали моніторинги а надавали рекомендації щодо можливих змін та відмічають необхідність оптимізації існуючої освітньої мережі для подолання наявних недоліків. В данной статье охарактеризованы основные результаты реформы образовательного сектора Украины и определена приоритетность перехода именно к уровню профессионального (профессионально-технического) образования. Авторы анализируют динамику изменения количества учебных заведений данного образовательного уровня и количества студентов (слушателей) в них и делают вывод об уже существующей тенденции к сокращению данных показателей. В работе обосновывается признание необходимости модернизации профессионального (профессионально-технического) образования на мировом и национальном уровне, в частности отмечается важность присоединения Украины к Туринскому процессу. Авторы исследуют главные международные проекты (прежде всего в сотрудничестве с Европейским фондом образования), которые осуществляли мониторинги а предоставляли рекомендации относительно возможных изменений и отмечают необходимость оптимизации существующей образовательной сети для преодоления имеющихся недостатков. This article describes the main results of the educational sector reform in Ukraine and prioritizes the transition to the level of professional (vocational) education. Authors analyze the dynamics of changes in the number of educational institutions of this educational level and in the number of students (listeners) in them and conclude on the already existing tendency to reduce these indicators. The work substantiates the recognition of the need for the modernization of professional (vocational) education at the world and national level, in particular, the importance of Ukraine's accession to the Turin process were highlighted.
