Визначено основні тенденції зростання орендних платежів та формування в орендарів попиту на придбання об’єктів. Наведено інструменти державної політики, якими забезпечується раціональне використання державного майна в процедурі оренди. Доведено взаємозв’язок між приватизаційними та орендними процесами на рівні регіону. В статье проведен анализ поступлений от аренды государственного имущества на государственном и региональном уровнях за последние десять лет. Определены основные тенденции роста арендных платежей и формирование у арендаторов спроса на приобретение объектов. Приведены инструменты государственной политики, которыми обеспечивается рациональное использование государственного имущества в процедуре аренды. Доказана взаимосвязь между приватизационными и арендными процессами на уровне региона. The article analyzes the revenues from the lease of state property at the state and regional levels over the last ten years. The basic tendencies of rent payments growth and the formation of demand for the purchase of objects by tenants are determined. The problem is to justify further privatization of small-scale privatization objects. The purpose of the article is the study of the transformation of lease relations into privatization with the determination of the need for its additional regulation, stimulation or leveling. The tools of state policy are provided which ensure the rational use of state property in the procedure of lease. A rational state policy in the field of lease relations allows ensuring, on a long-term basis, a significant increase in revenues earmarked for the state budget. The relationship between privatization and lease processes at the regional level is proved. Paid use of state property forms the tenant's solvent demand under appropriate conditions, the final phase of which is the acquisition of ownership. Further research needs to determine the effectiveness of the use of certain management tools, especially in the context of introducing adjustment rates for rental rates, to increase the business activity of enterprises and entrepreneurs. In the context of the relationship between lease and privatization procedures, the criterion must be scientifically substantiated, for example, the minimum ratio of potential privatization and lease receipts, which may be the final decision in favor of one instrument or another. popup.nrat_date 2025-05-12 Close
