Упровадження результатів досліджень, наведених у монографії сприятиме: професійному розвитку науково-педагогічних працівників університетів; залученню управлінців різного рівня до удосконалення процесу організації кар’єрного зростання науково-педагогічних працівників. Матеріали монографії можуть бути використані науково-педагогічними працівниками для формування індивідуальних освітньо-професійних траєкторій. The monograph is devoted to the problem of professional development of scientific and pedagogical staff of universities in terms of integration of higher education and science. The authors substantiate theoretical bases of professional development of scientific and pedagogical workers of universities in the conditions of integration of higher education and science; the results of studying the best domestic and foreign practices of professional development of university teaching staff are revealed; the structure of technology of professional development of scientific and pedagogical staff of universities is outlined;the models of professional development of professional development of scientific and pedagogical workers of universities in terms of integration of higher education and science are presented; designed professional profiles of scientific and teaching staff in accordance with the qualification levels. The implementation of the results of the research given in the monograph will contribute to: professional development of academic staff of universities; involvement of managers of various levels in improving the process of organizing the career development of research and teaching staff.
