The essence of the concept of «professional career» and organizational and pedagogical principles of counseling on professional careers in vocational education institutions are revealed, the peculiarities of the use of psychological tools in the system of professional career counseling and the provision of counseling support for vocational students of vocational colleges careers, the procedure and method of realization of career orientation training, professional and career growth, the method of realization of consulting projects on professional development are considered vocational career of vocational students in on-line counseling. It is intended for pedagogical workers of vocational education institutions, teachers and students of institutions of professional higher and higher education, employees of educational (scientific)-methodic centers of vocational education and the State Employment Service of Ukraine, graduate students and doctoral students.
