These include the lack of supply and demand for labor, the lack of quality jobs in the labor market with decent conditions and wages, the constant demand for workers in the industries and services (maintenance, operation and control over the work of technological equipment, assembly of equipment and machines, work with tools , trade, services), low quality of labor, the need for jobs of the simplest professions, structural shortage of personnel in some areas of the regional economy. In this regard, the phenomenon of migration is increasing, which is now widespread worldwid. Висвітлено основні проблеми на ринку праці в регіоні. Серед них невідповідність попиту та пропозиції робочої сили, відсутність якісних робочих місць на ринку праці з гідними умовами та заробітною платою, постійний попит на працівників галузей виробництва та послуг (обслуговування, експлуатація та контроль над роботою технологічного обладнання, складанням обладнання та машин, роботою з інструментами, торгівлею, послугами), низькою якістю робочої сили, потребою в роботах найпростіших професій, структурною нестачею кадрів у деяких галузях регіональної економіки.
