The monograph is devoted to the disclosure of theoretical provisions and the solution of practical issues in the field of providing procedural guarantees for the performance of duties by participants in criminal proceedings. Theoretical and practical gaps between the normative content of legal norms and the practice of application of procedural guarantees have been identified, their structure for ensuring the performance of duties by participants in criminal proceedings during pre-trial proceedings has been clarified.
