Визначено, що регіональна політика є невід’ємною частиною державної політики, яка здійснює регулювання відносин між державою та регіонами і спрямована на організаційне забезпечення території відповідно до державної стратегії розвитку. Встановлено проблеми розвитку регіонів України та окреслено напрями їх розвитку. Досліджено досвід регіональної політики Європейського Союзу та встановлено, що стратегічним завданням української влади є посилення результативності процесів співпраці з Євросоюзом у контексті ефективної реалізації державної регіональної політики. Встановлено, що удосконалення регіональної політики та механізмів її реалізації має відбуватись за умов забезпечення комплексного підходу до управління регіональним розвитком. The article investigates the current state of the state policy of regional development of Ukraine. It is determined that regional policy is an integral part of the state policy, which regulates relations between the state and the regions and aims at organizational support of the territory in accordance with the state development strategy. The problems of development of the regions of Ukraine are identified and the directions of their development are outlined. The experience of regional policy of the European Union is researched and it is found that the strategic task of the Ukrainian authorities is to enhance the effectiveness of the processes of cooperation with the European Union in the context of effective implementation of state regional policy.
