О. Сухомлинського Description У статті досліджено управлінські аспекти інституційних механізмів впровадження та забезпечення гендерної політики в Україні. Представлено напрямки системного законодавчого регулювання гендерної рівності, що реалізовується за допомогою певних інститутів та механізмів. Вивчено інституційні механізми передового європейського досвіду, особливості їх міждисциплінарного характеру та міжсекторального підходу. Розглянуто інституційну модель дослідження і регулювання ґендерних відносин в Україні. Обґрунтовано висновки про необхідність запровадження національного та інституційного механізмів розвитку гендерної рівності. The article analyzes the managerial aspects of institutional mechanisms for implementing and ensuring gender policy in Ukraine. Directions of system legal regulation of gender equality, implemented with the help of certain institutes and mechanisms, are presented. The institutional mechanisms of advanced European experience, peculiarities of their interdisciplinary character and intersectoral approach are studied. The institutional model of research and regulation of gender relations in Ukraine is considered.
