The manual provides guidance on how to cover topics in the history of the state and law of Ukraine, from ancient times to the present. It contains legal sources of different times of historical development of the state in the territory of modern Ukraine. The material is submitted in accordance with the curriculum on the discipline "History of State and Law of Ukraine", developed at the Department of Theory, History of Law and State and Constitutional Law of the University of State Fiscal Service of Ukraine. The teaching manual is built on a modular basis and meets the requirements of the European Credit Transfer System for Bachelor Students.
