Проаналізовано риси, що характеризують особистість злочинця – організатора грального бізнесу й азартних ігор. Охарактеризовано причини скоєння злочину зазначеними особами, до яких належать недосконалість законодавства, економічні, політичні, правові, організаційні та інші причини. Запропоновано здійснити кримінологічну характеристику злочину, передбаченого ст. 203-2 Кримінального кодексу України – заняття гральним бізнесом, проаналізувати особистість злочинця цього злочину, сформулювати перспективи впровадження заходів щодо запобігання та боротьби з гральним бізнесом. In stats there is a criminological characteristic of the grave business. It is characterized the reasons for the occurrence of zoolina by the distinguished persons, to which the lack of legislation, economic, political, legal, organizational reasons are presented.
